頂樓的房價比較貴…

為什麼住頂樓會比較好呢？

別人都說，頂樓視野好、空氣佳、不怕被吵。說雖然好像四樓以上就不太會被經過車子吵，但住頂樓的話，還不用擔心被樓上鄰居腳步聲吵到。

問題在，住其他樓層晚上聽到樓上腳步聲只會不爽，但住頂樓還聽到樓上腳步聲的話不是很恐怖嗎？
